Return & Refund Policy

Introduction: At "Abandeh Stores", we ensure your complete satisfaction. Given the delicate nature of our products, we have set a clear policy ensuring rights for all parties.

1- Time Frame:

  • The customer has the right to request a product return within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2- Acceptance Conditions (Excluded Products):

For public health and product quality, the product must be in its original condition for return. The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fabrics and trims cut specifically upon customer request (by meter).
  • Wool and threads if their plastic wrapping is opened or partially used.
  • Needles and direct personal use tools.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.

3- Refund Method:

We adopt flexibility in dealing to ensure customer comfort, and the process is as follows:

  • For electronically paid orders (credit cards), the amount is returned to the same card used for purchase. The process usually takes up to 14 business days depending on the issuing bank's procedures.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the amount is refunded in cash via the shipping company representative upon receiving the returned product from the customer, or the customer is contacted to determine a suitable and flexible transfer method such as bank transfer or financial wallets as agreed upon.

4- Return Shipping Costs:

  • In case of a store error or manufacturing defect: "Abandeh Stores" bears all shipping costs.
  • In case the customer wishes (change of mind) and the product is intact: The customer bears the shipping cost, and the original delivery fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

5- Warranty:

Warranty applies to electronic products and machines as mentioned in the product description page for each item separately. Please review product details before purchase to confirm warranty existence and its one-year duration.
