The book is adorned with over five hundred color photographs from the renowned Farah and Hanan Munir Collection, including embroidered textiles, traditional dresses, women's village headwear, abayas, coats, belts, and men's shoes. The book comprises 552 full-color pages with a hard cover.

The book "A Guide to Palestinian Embroidery" is the result of a collaborative effort by two Palestinian visual artists, Suleiman Mansour and Nabil Anani. This endeavor spanned several years of theoretical study, field research, drawing, and sketching. The book includes a theoretical chapter serving as a general introduction to understanding the nature, history, development, and functions of Palestinian embroidery. It also features 642 patterns derived from Palestinian embroidery motifs found on dozens of pieces of traditional Palestinian clothing.
